Warning: Scammers active on Marktplaats and via WhatsApp
Fraudsters are active, contacting (Marktplaats) sellers via WhatsApp with a link to a fake website containing ‘PickThisUp’ in the name. There, you will be asked to confirm your address or the purchase amount. Do not fall for it: we never ask for this, and payments for your purchases are never processed via PickThisUp.
If you receive such a message, please report it using the contact form, preferably including the link you were sent. This allows us to take action.
